RETURN/REFUND POLICY

The mask cannot be returned. This is for your protection as well as those handling the mask during transport and on our end. Please carefully review the product description, usage, cleaning instructions, and sizing chart before purchasing your nakedMASK®.

If your nakedMASK® arrives damaged or cracked, do not use, and contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We'll ask you for a brief description and photo of the damage to the device. Be sure to include your order information in your request. Please allow 2 business days for us to respond.

Your refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the mask. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Please discard your damaged nakedMASK® in the trash or, if you work in a healthcare setting, in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
