SHIPPING POLICY

Free UPS Ground shipping is offered within the contiguous U.S.A. for orders over $35. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S.A. territory, please contact sales@nakedmask.store for shipping pricing.

For orders placed before 2:00pm CST/CDT, nakedMASK® will make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day. Orders for in-stock product received during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your payment. Please be sure to provide the correct Name, Billing Address, Account Number, and Security Code associated with your payment method.
